SOFTWARE PRODUCT ANALYST


Requirements Required Qualifications/Skills:
• Minimum of 3+ years in Software Development or Product Management in HR/Payroll industry, Workforce Management or Time and Attendance industry.
• Possess an understanding of product integration and concepts.
• Ability to thrive in a flexible fast paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Good information gathering techniques
• Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Strong ability to partner and work in a collaborative team environment.
• Highly enthusiastic, positive-minded, customer focused, service-oriented
• Demonstrated functional and conceptual understanding of technical matters related to software development

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
• Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM), Workforce Management (WFM) and Time and Attendance industry as related to area of focus
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
